Seriously, it was once balanced, but now?

I tend to go to those who do not take me for granted…

and those who keep me company whenever a feeling of regret because of a decision overtakes me.

And don’t be surprised if I favor them more… in one or more aspects.

i tend to come up with excuses to cover up something , but I don’t to friends.

there’s the thought

a retrospect:

my resume is a slap in your face(s).

success starts with doing something – two good friends of mine are doing more. Knowing I play a part to their success is itself a reward for helping them – mas nakakataba ng puso pag nagpapakita ng pasasalamat.

and, in their own way, they help me out.

“Jr? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?”

I’m exactly asking myself that.

“Read not to contradict and confute, nor to believe and take for granted, but to weigh and consider . . . Histories make men wise.”

more about this soon.

Scared of leaving my comfort zones – to stretch my limits and do something new.

But that won’t stop me.
Because it is by leaving our comfort zones do we improve ourselves.

I’m not quite sure why some people do that…

it will be your undoing.

I’ve posted it on facebook, I’ll post it here: You both have dreams, what makes the other different is that, he’s doing something to make that dream a reality.

It’s funny really, I hear people rant about stuff – I mean it’s ok to spill it all out, but to hear it over and over – OH God : A simple lesson, if you keep confessing the same sin again and again to a priest, the absolution is void.

And it amazes me how people could think what’s happening to them is the fault of the people around them. It’s because of your own choice. If you choose to do this then there’s consequence. If you choose to do that, then there’s consequence. If you choose to do little of something, then there’s consequence. Difficult to choose, I know, but someone once told me the best way to make a decision is to project yourself into the future – say 50 years from now, when your hair is all white, and you’re sitting on a rocking chair looking back in the past: How will you feel about what you did? Either: despair – WHY THE FUCK DID I DO THAT? WHY THE FUCK DID I CHOOSE TO LEAVE THOSE PEOPLE? WHY THE FUCK DID’NT I SAY A WORD! – or gratitude – THANK GOD, THEY”RE STILL WITH ME. THANK GOD I GRADUATED, THANK GOD I LOVE MY LIFE. THANK GOD I SAID SORRY. THANK GOD I STUCK WITH THEM.

I’m quite disgusted with some people who do not have the balls to stand up for their decisions. Ika nga sa politika – MGA BALIMBING! kung sinabi mong oposisyon ka, stick to the opposition even if you people lose the elections – it proves more that you have principles. Di tulad ng mga ibang tao sa paligid ko. I just heard someone rant out loud how this and that happened between the two, and that he/she will never date him/her again, e putang ina napalingon lang ako, pagka tinging ko para na silang mag syota ulet.

Oh, enough about the rants, I’m enjoying my break. Went out with my family, and family friends. Bought some stuff, and more stuff. Finished my project, and found the bestestestest ways to relax: Fazoli’s and chat, or just relaxing with friends, looking at the beautiful view of libis at our “tambayan place”, chatting, talking about dreams, talking about some not so serious stuff, talking about some serious stuff, talking about  what we plan to do, what we have done, who is who, what is what – those conversations are endless – that’s why we didn’t notice almost 4 hours have passed since we started our conversation, yet we still weren’t tired. THERE’S SO MUCH TO TELL, SO MANY STORIES TO HEAR… And knowing we’re baring it all out – no lies – no shame – only trust -that whatever we say we’re accepted no matter what precedes, or succeeds.

and it is one of the few simple things that makes my soul (and my friends’) happy.
